AcoLeads ("we") provides an AI customer-care assistant via Facebook Messenger for business Pages.
Data we process
- Message content customers send to the connected Page and responses generated by the system.
- Page-scoped user identifiers (PSID), public name/profile photo (if permitted), and information customers voluntarily provide (phone/email).
- Purpose: respond to support, classify needs (leads), and escalate to staff when needed.
Usage & storage
- Data is stored in the business workspace's CRM; only authorized staff can access it.
- Complies with Meta's Messenger Platform policy (24-hour window; no unsolicited messages after 24h).
- We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights
- Request to view or delete data: contact us via the business email below, or see data deletion guide.
- You may stop messaging the Page at any time.
Security
Page Access Tokens are encrypted at rest; we do not log sensitive information.
